Colleagues within your organization can share feedback with you. Are you working in a team or are you working in a project group? Sharing feedback in this case will be very practical and educational. You can help and stimulate each other to improve. Negotiate your goals and feedback and make sure that you help each other. Share your feedback with your manager, so that you can show that you have been busy with developing yourself.

Go to your feedback overview and click on your received feedback. Open the feedback that you want to share. On the right you have the option to share the feedback with a colleague via the plus sign.
