To create a team goal, you start by selecting a team. You can choose to work with a team goal that focuses on growth (team skills) or a target (numerical.)

Working on team growth
By working on team growth you indicate what you want to work on with your team and how you will realize this with your team. For example: “I want to develop input and initiative together with my team.”

By selecting a date and linking it to your team goal, you can work towards this together as a team and achieve the team goal. There is also an option to add extra action points and link them to colleagues within the team. You can add interim results, link extra action points to your team goal, upload files or share the goal with the entire organization. The team goal can optionally be edited in the upper right corner. When the team goal is complete, it can be sat on completion.

Besides making a team goal, focused on team growth, is it also possible to set a target goal. With a target goal you indicate as a team which number you want to start with and which number you want to work towards. Describe on which target you want to work as a team, indicate specifically how you want to do this and how you want to achieve this.
