You can add your profile picture by clicking on it in the right corner. From here you go to ‘settings’ and then to ‘profile’. If you would ever like to change the profile picture, you can also do this in this screen. You have the option to insert an image <5mb and in .jpg or .png format. Click on ‘upload’ and you’re done.

Profile pictures are visible to your colleagues and to those who give feedback to you. By setting a photo to make your profile more personal, you increase the chance of relevant feedback.
