To receive TruQu notifications on your computer, even when you aren’t on the page at that time, install push notifications. By installing push notifications, you allow pop ups to remind you and to draw attention to pending feedback actions. 

How to install push notifications

1. Navigate to the settings page;
2. Click on the notification tab;
3. And slide the tab next to ‘push notifications’ to the right to activate. 

Check the computer settings regarding your internet browser if you’re having difficulty receiving the notifications. Even though you have indicated within TruQu that you’d like to receive them, your browser could be blocking your notifications. 

Note. Installing push notifications is only available for the following browsers: 

• Google Chrome 
• Firefox 
• Microsoft Edge
